The Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Health Insurance Bargaining

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) makes negotiating health insurance even more complicated and difficult than it has been for unions. This workshop includes an interactive power point which explains the ACA and how it will impact negotiating health insurance. The workshop also includes an ACA Toolkit with the information UE members will need when they prepare for contract negotiations.
